Our History – Laska USA Inc.

The story of LASKA began in 1880, when Johann Laska laid the foundation for a company in Austria that would become a worldwide leader in food processing technology. Over more than 140 years, LASKA has built a reputation for precision, reliability, and state-of-the-art engineering in meat and food processing.

To serve the North American market even better, Laska USA Inc. was founded in June 2025 in Omaha, Nebraska. With this step, we bring decades of know-how and Austrian engineering excellence directly to our customers in the United States.

But Laska USA Inc. goes beyond LASKA machinery. We are proud to represent additional leading manufacturers such as Astech Food Machinery, Qupaq, Maja, Fava Giorgio Axel, and Jegerings. Together, this allows us to offer a wide portfolio of innovative solutions – from cutting, grinding, and emulsifying to packaging and further food processing technologies.

Our mission is clear: to combine world-class equipment with world-class service on site. Laska USA Inc. represents the bridge between Austrian tradition and American proximity – a trusted partner for food producers across the United States.
